Guests will have the opportunity to learn directly from the winemaking team while tasting through comparative barrel samples to discern the nuances of varying French oak use and whole cluster inclusion. This seminar will illuminate the myriad of winemaking decisions that must be made each harvest and how the conditions of the vintage, along with unique vineyard characteristics, inform the winemaking each year.
