Join Winemaker Matt Brady and Advanced Sommelier Tristan Pitre for an intimate and educational cellar experience examining the evolution of SAMsARA wines from barrel to bottle. We will be tasting barrel samples of our core wines and comparing those to the current bottled vintage. This seminar will increase your knowledge of the effect the barrel has on the finished product and examine different ages of barrels (new vs neutral oak). This event is sure to bring new levels of understanding on what makes for a delicious and age-worthy wine and how these wines develop throughout their lifespan.
